Description: Las "disidencias EMC" se refieren a grupos disidentes de las FARC (Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia) que han rechazado el acuerdo de paz firmado en 2016 entre el gobierno colombiano y las FARC. Después de la firma del acuerdo, algunos miembros de las FARC se separaron de la organización principal y continuaron operando de manera independiente bajo diferentes nombres, como "disidencias" o "grupos residuales". EMC puede hacer referencia a "Estructuras Militares Conjuntas", que es una forma en que algunos de estos grupos disidentes se organizan militarmente. Estos grupos disidentes a menudo están involucrados en actividades como el narcotráfico, la minería ilegal, el secuestro y la extorsión, lo que representa una amenaza para la seguridad en varias regiones de Colombia.
